To contact us about your personal data, write to the postal address above. This site does not publish a separate privacy email.

What this policy covers

This website and its contact form. It does not cover data you later share with us for an implementation. We agree that separately, before the work starts.

What data

From the form: name, work email, company, role, team size, a description of what you want to improve, and optionally one or more areas (meetings, sales, operations, marketing, data and decisions).

When you open the site, the host may store a technical log: IP address, browser type, time of the request. We do not add our own analytics or advertising pixels.

The site remembers your language and light or dark mode in the browser. That is a display setting, not profiling.

Purpose of processing

To reply to your enquiry.

The basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) when the message is about possible work together, and Article 6(1)(a) because you tick the box to be contacted. Technical logs rely on Article 6(1)(f): keeping the site up and secure.

Giving the data is voluntary. Without a name, an email, and a description, we cannot reply.

What the form does

The form checks the fields in your browser. When you submit the form, its content is sent to us by email through Lovable’s email service. We do not store it in a database on the site. We will not build a mailing list from it and we will not pass it to ads.

The “Pick a time” button opens a Google Calendar page (Google Ireland Ltd.) where you can book a call. The data you enter when booking is processed by Google under its own privacy policy.

Who else receives data

We do not sell data.

Lovable hosts the site. It may process technical logs outside the European Economic Area. Where it does, it uses the safeguards GDPR requires, including standard contractual clauses.

How long

Form messages arrive in our email inbox.

Email we later exchange is kept for the life of the contact, and then no longer than 3 years, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before you withdrew.

You can complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl.

Automated decisions

We do not make solely automated decisions about you, and we do not profile you on this site.
